First-Time Appointments
60 min / 75 min — $126 / $157
If you haven’t seen me for a massage yet, I require a minimum of 60 minutes for your initial session. This gives us enough time to review your health history, go over consent forms, and complete an initial assessment so we can create a personalized treatment plan.
The time needed for this intake process varies: for simpler cases or relaxation-focused massage, it may take around 5 minutes. For more complex concerns—like injury recovery or chronic pain—it can take up to 20 minutes. Please book accordingly to ensure we have enough time to address your needs effectively.
Before your appointment, you’ll receive an online health history form. Filling it out ahead of time saves time during your session and helps me prepare. The more detailed you are, the better I can tailor your treatment to your concerns.
Follow-Up Appointments
45 min / 60 min / 75 min — $105 / $126 / $157
These sessions are for returning clients who’ve already had their initial visit with me. Since we’ve already covered your health history and completed your intake, you’ll get more hands-on time and less time on paperwork.
We’ll still start with a quick check-in and assessment to see how you’re progressing, but the focus will be on continuing the treatment plan we’ve established—or addressing any new or secondary concerns.
As a general guide:
45 minutes is ideal for one main issue
60 minutes or more allows time to address two or three areas
Pediatric Massage
30 min / 45 min — $85 / $105
To be transparent, pediatric massage isn’t my main focus, but I understand the convenience of staying local for your child’s care. Because of this, I’m open to working with children on a case-by-case basis.
Typically, this applies to children dealing with a specific injury or concern and already working with another healthcare provider, like a physiotherapist or doctor. I usually need a referral from them and a chance to speak with you about your child’s situation before booking.
For this reason, pediatric massage appointments must be arranged by contacting me directly—online booking is disabled for this service.
Cancellation Policy
I require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows me enough time to offer the spot to someone else who may be waiting for care.
If less than 24 hours' notice is given, the following fees will apply:
First missed or late-cancelled appointment: 50% of the treatment cost
All subsequent missed or late-cancelled appointments: 100% of the treatment cost
Please note that appointments not attended cannot be billed to your insurance provider. Any cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card saved on file.
